A real estate professional for over twenty years, Bill has had a very successful career in the sales and marketing of recreational properties, including coastal, golf, ski, mountain, marina, and master planned communities. He has been heavily involved with all aspects of real estate launch programs, from sales manager and sales trainer to product development and development consulting.  Bill creates usage programs that are tailored specifically for Private Residence Clubs.  His experience has taken him from the east coast to the west and back. Bill is married with two children. Bill’s role with S & H is the oversight and communication, with the marketing and development of specific programs for each specific development.   Bill has been a consultant for the Four Seasons Development, Punta Mita, in Puerto Vallarta, MX, Cheeca Lodge in the Florida Keys, Marlin Bay in Marathon, FL, Royal Villas in Mazatlan, MX, Vanderbilt Residence Club in Newport, RI, and for TIR Sales & Marketing in Aventura, FL.

Gary developed his sales career since 1984 at high-end ski, beach front, golf course and condo-hotel resort areas throughout Florida, Colorado and Arizona.

During his four years with the Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands, Gary received the company’s most prestigious award acknowledging the highest sales volume of all properties for three consecutive years.  In this time he sold 250 fractional interests with a sales volume of over $80 million.  For the following three years, Gary served as Director of Sales at The St. Regis Residence Club, Aspen where he again won top awards for having the property’s highest sales volume and number of sales.  In addition, his team was awarded the ACE Project of Excellence Award by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) which recognizes one vacation ownership project that is considered a success by all parties, including the developer, members and local community.

Chris has 14 years of continuous sales and marketing experience in the high end resort, residential, and fractional sectors of the real estate arena. Chris is a dynamic sales team leader in accelerated marketing techniques and is a launch marketing specialist with emphasis in unique customer experiences. Chris is a Florida and Texas broker and will direct and drive our sales division.  Chris while employed by the Ginn Corporation in Florida at Hammock Beach achieved over 145 reservations and a conversion rate of 75% to contract in a single launch event.  While at Reunion Resort & Club in Orlando, Florida Chris generated $167 million in personal sales in a span of two years.  His philosophy relates back to S & H Real Estate Advisors basic selling philosophy which is, relationship selling.
